Last Updated: June 20, 2026
Welcome to Balaji Healthcare. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our virtual primary care and telehealth services. By utilizing our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these provisions, which ensure a safe and professional medical environment for all patients in Washington and Oregon.
1. Scope of Telehealth Services
Balaji Healthcare provides virtual medical consultations, chronic disease management, and mental health support. Telehealth is not a replacement for emergency medical services. If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please dial 911 immediately. Our services are exclusively available to residents of Washington and Oregon.
2. Patient Eligibility and Registration
To use our services, you must be 18 years of age or older, or have the legal consent of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and for maintaining the security of your patient portal account credentials.
3. Privacy and Data Security (HIPAA)
We utilize HIPAA-compliant technology to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of your protected health information. By using our platform, you consent to the storage and transmission of medical data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. All video consultations are private and encrypted.
4. Billing, Insurance, and Cancellations
- We accept Medicare and various cash-pay options.
- Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise specified.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a no-show fee.
- Specific insurance coverage is subject to individual plan verification.
5. Limitation of Liability
Balaji Healthcare and its providers shall not be held liable for technology failures outside of our reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues or third-party software glitches. We strive for excellence, but medical advice is provided based on the information shared during virtual visits.
